The importance
of fault in matrimonial litigation has long since been replaced by a myriad
of financial concerns affecting the family. Proceeding through a divorce is
still an arduous task and emotionally stressful.
A client must be
willing to develop patience and spend long hours in preparation in order to
obtain a favorable result. To achieve this end, it is essential to have experienced
focused attorneys who know this field and can manage the multi-faceted financial
considerations that divorce and custody litigation requires. Lawyers who handle
such matters must possess unique skills and sensitivity to achieve success.
Any person faced
with ending marriage must be able to field a litigation team led by seasoned
attorneys and include financial advisors, forensic experts and health care professionals.
The attorneys at SAMUELSON, HAUSE & SAMUELSON, LLP are skilled negotiators and
litigators who uniquely meet such requirements.
They are sensitive
to the needs of their clients going through a divorce and are dedicated to professional
excellence to achieve the best results. To discern the value of closely held
businesses, stock options, licenses of professionals and the value of enhanced
earnings of exceptional wage earners are today, the important aspects of divorce.
The days of private
investigators barging into hotel rooms are long past. The courts tend to ignore
fault. Instead, they focus on financial issues, attempting to value and distribute
marital assets fairly, as well as fixing the proper amounts for maintenance
and child support for a spouse or child.
